Why I Love Hands-On Baking Classes

There’s something truly magical about getting your hands in dough and watching ingredients transform into something delicious. In our upcoming workshop this Saturday, we’ll explore sourdough techniques that you can replicate at home. I’d love to see how others incorporate hands-on learning into their baking experiences.

Hands-on baking is the best! I remember taking a class where we made baguettes, and the instructor emphasized shaping techniques that you can replicate at home. It made all the difference for me.

It’s amazing how working with your hands really connects you to baking! I took a class where we focused on sourdough too, and I found that using a kitchen scale made a huge difference in consistency. This Saturday’s workshop sounds like a great opportunity to refine those techniques.
