When the stand mixer heckles you

During tonight’s 6 pm hands-on sourdough class, our 20-quart mixer squealed mid-lesson and flung a halo of flour right on my cue about “controlled hydration” — the students now think it’s part of the curriculum… Anyone else have equipment that improvises punchlines during demos, or do I need to add “comedian” to the lesson plan?

Quick example: we added a commissioning step where the tech rotates to SCBK-D on site, then grabs the controller event showing Secure Channel established and drops that screenshot in the closeout; it’s five minutes and has passed two audits this month. Small caveat: some older panels don’t log the SC event cleanly, so we run libosdp’s osdpctl trace to capture the key exchange instead. Are your RFPs asking for just “proof of credential rotation at commissioning” or also periodic rotation?
