The yeast of our problems

Ever had one of those days where your yeast just won’t cooperate? I had a batch of dough last week that seemed to be auditioning for a role in a horror movie instead of turning into bread… It’s amazing how logistics in our supply chain can sometimes feel more like a comedy sketch than a well-oiled machine. Anyone else have a dough disaster story to share?

I’ve definitely been there! I found that letting the dough rest for a bit longer can really help the yeast revive, almost like giving it a second chance. Ever tried warming up your ingredients a bit before mixing?
