Moved off the Gemini-20 to an A&D EJ-200 (0.01 g) with the silicone cover; it shrugs off flour and lives in a 1/6 pan as a draft shield, and I zero in paper portion cups for soda. Cal with a 200 g weight weekly and it doesn’t drift, but it’s pricier than jewelry scales. If you’re tasting that ‘0.5 g swing,’ an anti-vibration pad under it helps on busy benches.
