Exploring Careers in Culinary Education

I’m looking to connect with others in the culinary field, especially those focused on education. With my background as a Baking Workshop Coordinator, I’ve seen firsthand how hands-on learning transforms students. It’s intriguing to think about how we can make culinary programs more accessible and effective. What have your experiences been with teaching or mentoring in this space?

And i’ve found that incorporating real-world challenges into the curriculum makes a huge difference for students. They engage more when working on projects that simulate actual kitchen conditions, which I did as a Baking Workshop Coordinator. It really drives home the importance of hands-on learning.
