Chocolate Shavings Gone Wrong

Ever had one of those days in the kitchen where everything just decides to go haywire? I was attempting to create the finest chocolate shavings for an elegant dessert, and instead, I ended up with a glorified chocolate dust cloud. Not my proudest moment, but the laughter that followed made it all worth it. Anyone else have a kitchen mishap that turned into a comedy show?
